Terms and Conditions

  1. Membership is for 12 months and renews automatically unless cancelled.
  2. Members will be required to sign a contract of supply.
  3. Cancelation must be in writing and with a minimum of 4 weeks’ notice.
  4. Membership includes up to 4 treatment visits per year.
  5. Any area can be chosen at each visit within each selected membership.
  6. No cash refunds. All unused credit can be redeemed on any clinic treatments.
  7. All members must have the agreed minimum deposits in their account before first treatment.
  8. Membership cannot be transferred.
  9. Other T & C ‘S may apply.
